A Nutrient Dense Green Juice!

If you’re anything like me, you woke up super early this morning. Instead of staying in the house, I decided to make a green juice and went to enjoy it outside on the porch even though it’s pretty gloomy in Houston, Texas right now. 

This green juice is full of nutrient dense herbs and green leafy vegetables. Its also low in calorie, helps to stabilize your blood sugar and suppresses appetite. I usually drink a green juice an hour or so before consuming a nice healthy filling breakfast.

Two benefits of drinking a green juice in the morning: it’s easy to digest and it goes straight to your blood stream. You will benefit the most from drinking a green juice in the morning, your will absorb so many nutrients.
