When I don’t feel like making breakfast, like how I didn’t feel like it today obviously, I’ll make a quick superfood smoothie before clinicals.
Coconut water is super hydrating and it replenishes your body with potassium and electrolytes, which pretty much makes it perfect to drink during or after ya workout.
Camu camu is rich in vitamin C, which screams to me glowing skin lol.
Organic flax seeds are a great source of omega 3 and 6 fatty acids, are a plant based source of iron, and contain 6 g of protein per serving.
Goji berry powder contains a high concentration of antioxidants and vitamin C and A. The vitamin A is important to me because I am super super blind and I refuse to wear my glasses, don’t really know why but yeah.
Açaí powder is a good source of dietary fiber, omega fatty acids, and iron. My fave benefit of this powder is that it’s anti-aging and it’s an anti-inflammatory. It also has B vitamins.
The collagen is for skin elasticity, radiant hair, and strong nails (:
And y’all know I had to add the coconut oil for its previous discussed benefits.
The glow powder aka inner beauty powder is my prebiotic/probiotic. I live for a healthy gut. When you’re gut is clogged and filled with bad bacteria it can lead to a world of problems. It also nourishes the skin on the inside so it glows on the outside.
The frozen fruit I used today was peaches, mangos, strawberries, bananas and pineapples. I just add 1 tsp of each powder/seeds and use however much coconut water I need to get that good good smoothie consistency.
