I’m literally always making some tea or latte first thing in the morning. This is one of my favorites to make because green tea matcha powder is LOADED with benefits and this latte is super simple to make, all you need is 4 ingredients.
1 tsp of green tea matcha powder is equivalent to 10 cups of green tea and has 137 times more antioxidants than regularly brewed green tea. It also:
- Boosts metabolism and burns calories
- Detoxifies effectively and naturally
- Calms the mind and relaxes the body
- Is rich in fiber, chlorophyll and vitamins
- Enhances mood and improves concentration
- Lowers cholesterol and blood sugar
I eliminated dairy from my diet completely so I’ll always use a nut milk. Macadamia milk is what I decided to use for this one today. It’s high in B-complex vitamins that are vital for metabolic functions and is a mega rich source of energy. They also have the greatest amount of heart-healthy monounsaturated fatty acids per serving. Last but not least, it promotes glowing, healthy skin from the inside out.

Manuka honey is a natural sweetener and is full of natural prebiotics which is extremely important for nurturing the gut’s good bacteria, which helps the digestive system rebalance itself naturally.
How to make: Heat 1 1/2 cups of macadamia milk & 1/2 cup of water, add 1 tsp matcha powder, 1 tbsp coconut oil, and manuka honey (amount varies to what level of sweetness you prefer), and stir.
I ordered the matcha powder from amazon and the rest of the ingredients I purchased from Home Goods. I rarely go to vitamin shops anymore because I always find my superfoods and other health foods in either Marshall’s, TJ Maxx, or Home Goods for the low.
